Scale Mail Pangolin
The pangolin, also known as a scaly anteater, is a perfect candidate for scale mail knitting due to its unique
appearance! But also because of this they are unfortunately highly trafficked with eight species of pangolin whose
conservation status is listed as threatened.
This pattern was designed with a hope to boost awareness and support of pangolins, so for every copy of this pattern
sold I will donate €1 to a charity that works towards the conservation of pangolins!
See the bottom of the page for full terms on how these donations will be carried out.

Donation Terms
For every pattern sold, €1 will be donated by CraftyMutt to a charity that works towards the conservation of pangolins.
In order to efficiently donate the full €1 per sale I will be making donations as follows;
- At the end of each calendar month, I will tally the number of sales of the pattern that have not yet triggered a donation
- If the quantity is below 5, I will roll the quantity over into the next calendar month
- If the quantity reached 5, I will make the donations for them in one transaction at the rate of €1 per sale
- At the end of the calendar year, if the total quantity in that year did not at any point reach 5, I will make
the donation then for all sales made that year, again at the rate of €1 per sale
- I will additionally cover the donation payment processing fees on every donation so the full €1 amount per sale reaches the charity
- Donations will be made to Pangolin Conservation and Research Foundation Deutschland e.V. for the purpose of
pangolin conservation
The minimum of 5 is intended to reduce processing fees paid while still making the donations in a timely manner. The
minimum or time frames may be adjusted in the future depending on sale quantities, affecting the exact time frame of
donation, but never reducing the amount being received by the charity below the indicated €1 per copy of this pattern purchased.
Buyers will not receive updates on the status of donations being made by me by default.
Feel free to contact craftymutt-info@yahoo.com
if you would like to hear about the status of my donation after you make a purchase.
