Shipping applies to physical item purchases via craftymutt.de/shop and its subpages.
Digital purchases via craftymutt.de/patterns and its subpages are instantly downloadable and incur no shipping.
Shipping is not automatically calculated at checkout.
When proceeding through the cart to checkout, you will be shown a shipping page where you will need to select and add
shipping to the cart based on your chosen destination. Shipping will then be shown alongside the other items in the cart in the
next stages of checkout.
The following destinations are available shipped from Germany, with tracking and insurance up to €500.

Prices include VAT, and are flat, regardless of the size of the order!
* Time in transit is a rough estimate, and does not include processing (time before the package is handed over for delivery) or time that may be spent in customs for international deliveries. Deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

As a one-person business, processing may take some time. Please allow up 2 - 14 days processing before dispatch (unless
otherwise stated on the product page).

If you order items with different stated processing times, I will ship them together once the final item is finished processing unless
I have otherwise made arrangements with you.
If the processing time will be unexpectedly long for any reason, you will be
notified as soon as possible.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the shipping details. If your order is split, you will receive a tracking number for each part.
Unfortunately some shipping notifications can end up in the spam folder. If you haven't received a confirmation and are unsure whether your order has been shipped, or if you would like to request the tracking number, please contact craftymutt-info@yahoo.com stating your order number, or alternatively your name and the order date, and I will be happy to update you.
For orders shipping from Germany to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or additional handling charges by the customs authority at the destination. These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately I have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. I recommend checking with your local customs office if you are unsure before placing an order.
To counter expensive international shipping and import fees, I may on occasion be able to offer heavily discounted delivery windows during which I
ship domestically from within the UK - the next possible opportunity will be December 2026.
Let me know if you would like to have anything reserved until the next discount window opens!
Conditions for the discount are that order processing time will be extended so dispatch will occur within a specific time window. This means your order may take longer than usual to arrive in exchange for the reduced postage price and no customs or import fees on arrival.
Once an order has dispatched, delivery times and delays are outside my control. If your order appears to be delayed or missing, please contact me, and I will always do my best to help where possible.
The most common cause of delays is in customs, and while in customs nothing can be done other than wait until it comes out the other side!
