Right of Withdrawal

For consumers with their habitual residence in Germany or the EU, you have the right to withdraw (Wiederrufsrecht) within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party (other than the carrier) indicated by you acquires, physical posession of the goods, where you have ordered one or more goods in a single order and these are delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sarah Beinhoff, e-mail: craftymutt-info@yahoo.com, post: An der Stadthalle 7, 26931 Elsfleth, Germany) via e-mail or post of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

A return shipping address in Germany will be provided after your email has been received, and we have confirmed the details of your withdrawal request.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our cheapest standard delivery option), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received your notification of withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.

International returns are extremely non-cost effective for you and for me, as customer-paid return postage with adequate insurance will be expensive, initial customs/import fees cannot be refunded, and additional customs/import fees arising in the return will be deducted from any refund.
To remedy this, I will do my best to resolve any issues with you via e-mail, we will come up with a solution you are happy with that hopefully does not require you to return items at your own cost where possible!

Sometimes it might be necessary though, so here is the process;

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, with original packaging, in the same condition that it was received. Items which arrived damaged, faulty, or not as described are also eligible for return/refund.

Please notify me at craftymutt-info@yahoo.com within 14 days of the arrival of your order at the delivery address - include your request, proof of purchase, and photographs of any damage or defect (where relevant).

I will respond with further detailed instruction including a return address and refund procedure.

The exact rights and procedure vary based on your location to meet your local laws, however the following is a rough guide;

• Order arrives with you - please inspect for any issues as soon as possible

• Receive detailed return instructions including

• Refund quantity to be expected
• The refund will include the original cost of the items
• It may or may not include the original delivery cost (depending on your location)
• It will not cover any customs, import, or handling fees charged on arrival
• Within 14 days of return details being sent to you, dispatch the items to be returned
• The customer accepts all responsibility for costs associated with the return of the purchase
• We are not responsible for packages lost in transit, so consider tracked insured options
• Returned items received and processed
• If you receive a refund, all applicable custom fees or duties will be deducted from your refund.
• If the item is not in the same condition that it was received, additional costs may be deducted from your refund.

When your request is placed, you will receive full detailed instructions for what you can expect to allow you to make an informed decision how to proceed.

Your mandatory rights of withdrawal or cancellation arising under applicable law in your country remain unaffected.
